ABOUT US

 

We are Nick and Erika and we are the founders of Slide On By! We like to say Nick is the brains behind the business but Erika is the real boss. Nick has a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy and Erika has her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. It has been Nicks dream to own his own business, so he left pharmacy and Slide On By was created in the summer of 2021.

We aren’t chefs by trade, but Nick does have some experience growing up in the restaurant business and loves to get creative with his recipes. We take great pride in always serving fresh, made to order homemade food to our guests. In our free time we enjoy spending time hiking with our golden retrievers, traveling to new and exciting places, and giving back to our community.
